We have recently provided a programme of mindfulness groups for staff at the Office for National Statistics and at Western Sussex Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is what they said:
Working with SMC to deliver Mindfulness to ONS staff has been very positive and a pleasure. The training has been well received and we are looking forward to seeing the results from the RCT, which will give us scientific evidence of its effectiveness.
(Dr Louisa Blackwell, Demographic Methods Centre, Methodology Group, Office for National Statistics)
The detailed evaluation data from the 8 week programmes demonstrates the positive impact for individuals in attending the programme. SPT has worked flexibly with the Trust to support us in delivering mindfulness as part of our H&W programme for staff.
(Jo Fanning, Head of Employee Relations, Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust)
