Eight-week self-directed Finding Peace in a Frantic World course. The course includes three online live sessions on Mondays at 16.00 for one hour over the eight weeks. Online sessions are on: 7 October, 4 November and 2 December 2024.

Who is the course for?
This course offers a highly accessible, engaging and practical introduction to mindfulness. It is suitable for beginners who want to learn flexibly.
