Mindfulness teacher training information session

Are interested in teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction? Or perhaps you would like to include mindfulness-based interventions in your current work with clients? Either way, this session will provide all you need to know about various training options with us.
The session will be led by one of the Sussex Mindfulness Centre’s lead teachers. It will include a short presentation, and you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered.
