Eight-week mindfulness courses
We run Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness for Life and Mindful Self-Compassion for people across Sussex, and around the UK. Find out more about our eight week courses.

The Mindfulness for Life programme has evolved from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. The programme was developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to offer mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioural techniques to enable everybody to improve their wellbeing.
