We offer a range of mindfulness programmes to suit the needs of your organisation. And we can work with you to tailor a programme to meet your needs.
Free online mindfulness taster sessions
If you are considering a mindfulness programme for employees this one-hour taster session is for you. It includes the evidence of the positive impacts of supporting staff to practice mindfulness. You will also be given the opportunity to sample key mindfulness practices, and find out about our mindfulness in the workplace training programmes.

Short courses
Introduction to mindfulness
We offer a short introduction to mindfulness. This course involves one-hour sessions for staff, once a week over three weeks.
Peace in a Frantic World
The programme is based on the best-selling book, Mindfulness: a Practical Guide to Finding Peace in a Frantic World, by Mark Williams and Danny Penman.
Employees will take themselves through the eight-week course outlined in the book. They will be supported with three-live sessions from an experienced mindfulness teacher. The sessions will be at the start, middle and end of the course.
Longer courses
Longer, more intensive courses have more profound impacts on participants.
Mindfulness for Life
This programmes includes two-hour sessions for staff over eight weeks, and the home practice is suggested for six days out of seven.
Compassionate Leadership Programme
Compassionate leadership is linked with improved learning and innovation, and reduced staff stress, injuries and absenteeism, and even reduced patient mortality.
This course for managers and leaders includes one and a half hour sessions a week, over six weeks. Find out more about the Compassionate Leadership Training.
Bespoke wellbeing sessions
We can work with you to identify the wellbeing needs of your team or workforce and create a bespoke programme to address them. This can include anything from half-day sessions to longer retreats. It can be part of a wider wellbeing strategy or can help to address particular issues/stressors that your organisation is currently facing, for example a change process or a conflict.
Mindfulness consultancy
We offer mindfulness-based supervision or consultation, mindfulness teacher training and guidance based on evidence.
