We offer free mindfulness drop-in sessions throughout the month.

The drop-ins are led by experienced teachers and offer an opportunity to refresh and sustain your practice. It’s also hugely beneficial to practice with others.
Drop-ins are online
We took most of our drop-ins online during the lockdowns caused by Covid. As this turned out to be more convenient for participants, we continue to offer most of our drop-in sessions via Zoom. All drop-ins are free of charge. Please note these sessions are for adults.

First working Monday of the month
Online drop in from 5-6pm. These drop ins are for staff and current/recent service users who have completed an 8-week MBCT course. Please email smc@spft.nhs.uk for a link to join us. This drop-in will cease from March 2024 onwards and be replaced by Wednesday weekly drop-ins.

First Tuesday of the month lunchtime staff drop-in
With Lucy Edwards these sessions are the first Tuesday of the month from 1.30-2.00pm

Wednesday morning mindful compassion drop-ins
