Mindfulness masterclasses and workshops

Our masterclasses and workshops cover specialist topics relevant to mindfulness teachers, those training to become teachers and other practitioners interested in mindfulness and mindful self-compassion.

Facilitators

Our workshops are typically led by nationally and internationally renowned speakers, as well as by local mindfulness teachers with particular areas of expertise.

Format of sessions

The format of workshops and masterclasses may change depending on what is being offered. Masterclasses usually include a mixture of teaching, discussion and experiential practice. There is often some work in pairs or small groups, so the classes provide an opportunity to meet other individuals working in the field.

We may also advertise different events here such as an in-person symposium, a panel discussion or an online talk.

Location

Masterclasses are held online, unless otherwise stated. We will send you a joining link when we confirm your registration.
