We care deeply about ensuring the quality and safety of our mindfulness-based work.  To protect it, our teachers adhere to both the national Good Practice Guidelines for teachers as well as our own additional governance criteria that all Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) teachers and Mindfulness-based Interventions (MBI) practitioners must meet.
