Chris Germer joins us for a Mindful Self-Compassion networking event in Brighton. All teachers trained to run the eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion course are invited to attend. Chris Germer will be with us to support the development of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) teachers. Two American mindful self-compassion experts are heading to Sussex this summer for their only UK event this year, giving people the chance to learn to be kinder to themselves and let go of criticism.
