Eight-week mindfulness courses

We offer eight-week mindfulness courses to improve wellbeing. These include Mindful Self Compassion and mindfulness courses based on the original Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy course. If you are keen to dip your toe in the water but can’t spare much time right now why not try Finding Peace. For more experienced practitioners we have Deeper Mindfulness.
