Mindfulness programmes at work

We offer a range of mindfulness programmes to suit the needs of your organisation. And we can work with you to tailor a programme to meet your needs.

Free online mindfulness taster sessions

Bespoke wellbeing sessions

We can work with you to identify the wellbeing needs of your team or workforce and create a bespoke programme to address them. This can include anything from half-day sessions, to eight-week courses or retreats. It can be part of a wider wellbeing strategy or can help to address particular issues that your organisation is currently facing, for example a change process or a conflict.

Standard programmes

We could offer one of our standard programmes or adapt it to your needs. The typical programmes we offer are:

Finding Peace in a Frantic World, based on the best selling book by Mark Williams and Danny Penman. Employees take themselves through the eight-week course outlined in the book. They are supported with three-live sessions from an experienced mindfulness teacher.

The eight-week mindfulness programme. This is a longer, more intensive course which can have profound impacts on participants. It includes two-hour sessions for staff over eight weeks, with home practice suggested.  

Compassionate Leadership Programme. Compassionate leadership is linked with improved learning and innovation, and reduced staff stress. This course for managers and leaders includes one and a half hour sessions a week, over six weeks.
