In this day long workshop, we will join together in a spirit of connection and collaboration to explore the various ways in which our personal meditation practice can open to meet the challenges of the wider world, of which we are a part. This workshop draws on clinical research and lived experience to work with trauma in mindfulness-based work. What is covered? This training will enable you to identify signs of trauma in your participants and provide practical ways of helping participants manage it.
