Free mindfulness taster

Are you considering whether mindfulness is for you? Join our free online taster session. This one-hour taster session will introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness. Benefits include improved wellbeing and ability to manage stress.

Brief overview

The session will cover the benefits such as heightened emotional intelligence and greater self-management which improves relationships. You will also be given the opportunity to sample key mindfulness practices and find out about the mindfulness programmes that we offer.

Keeping your camera on

If you go on to do further mindfulness courses, the support of the group is central to the discovery and learning process. As we’re keen to give you a taste of what that might look and feel like, we encourage you to keep your camera on throughout the taster.
