Join us for this one -day mindfulness retreat. It’s offers an opportunity to extend and deepen your practice, within a supportive environment. Content of the day The day will be facilitated by the Sussex Mindfulness & Compassion’s experienced teachers and will include a series of different mindfulness and compassion practices. It will be held mostly in silence as a way of supporting your practice. We will aim to provide tea and coffee, but please bring your own food for lunch. The founders of the mindful self-compassion programme, Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, ran a hugely successful and very nourishing two-day wokshop in Brighton, earlier this month. The workshop was supported by mindful self-compassion teachers and mentors from around the UK. Over 100 participants, including people who travelled from beyond the UK, joined the special event. Postponed twice, because of the pandemic, this was the Sussex Mindfulness & Compassion’s first in-person event in over two years.
