Mindfulness teacher training information session

Are you interested in teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction? Or perhaps you would like to include mindfulness-based interventions in your current work with clients? Either way, this session will provide all you need to know about various training options with us.

What’s included

The session will be led by Ruth Sequeira, a leading mindfulness teacher at Sussex Mindfulness Centre’s teacher training convenor. It will include a short presentation, and you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered.
