Medical mindfulness conference A one‑day conference bringing doctors together to explore wellbeing, leadership, and evidence‑based mindfulness in healthcare in Brighton. This retreat will support a deepening of participants’ mindfulness practice using the framework of the four foundations of mindfulness (satipatthana) and the four Divine Abidings (brahma vihara).
A one-day mindfulness retreat, including meditation practices, creative expression and journaling, that will be held mostly in silence. Experience of creative expression is not necessary.
