Mindfulness teacher training information session

Whether you are interested in teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction or adapted mindfulness-based interventions, this session will provide all you need to know about training with us.
The session will be led by one of the Sussex Mindfulness & Compassion’s lead teachers. It will include a short presentation, and you will have the opportunity to get your questions answered.
