Free workplace mindfulness taster

Are you considering a mindfulness programme in your workplace? Join our free online taster session. This one-hour taster session will introduce you to the benefits of supporting staff to practice mindfulness. Benefits include improved wellbeing and ability to manage stress, leading to less absenteeism and greater productivity.
The session will cover the benefits such as heightened emotional intelligence and greater self-management which improves relationships with colleagues, and decreases conflict in the workplace. You will also be given the opportunity to sample key mindfulness practices and find out about the mindfulness in the workplace training programmes that we offer.
