Join us for this one -day mindfulness retreat. It’s offers an opportunity to extend and deepen your practice, within a supportive environment. Content of the day The day will be facilitated by the Sussex Mindfulness Centre’s experienced teachers and will include a series of different mindfulness and compassion practices. It will be held mostly in silence as a way of supporting your practice. We will aim to provide tea and coffee, but please bring your own food for lunch.
