What would help you develop or sustain your mindfulness and compassion practice? What would you like to learn about, explore or experience?
At Sussex Mindfulness & Compassion, we want to make sure that what we offer reflects the interests and needs of our community. That means listening to you, whether you’re new to mindfulness, have been practising for years, teach mindfulness or compassion, or simply enjoy staying in touch with our activities.
We’ve already received some thoughtful and interesting responses to our survey, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s taken part. But we’d love to hear from more of you, to help us build a fuller picture of what matters to our community.
We want to hear your ideas – not just ask you to choose from ours
Our first survey is deliberately open-ended. We’re interested in what would support your practice, the subjects you’d like to explore, the kinds of courses and events that would appeal to you, and what you’d find useful to read about.
We’re hoping to discover new ideas as well as understand what matters most to you.
What happens next?
Once we’ve gathered your responses, we’ll look for common themes and ideas. We’ll then come back to you with a second, shorter survey, inviting you to help us identify priorities.
This two-stage approach will help us make more informed decisions about the courses, workshops, retreats, talks and other resources we develop.
Have your say – and enter our prize draw
Our survey takes around just 6–8 minutes to complete, and your responses are anonymous.
As a thank you, you can also enter our prize draw for a chance to win one of three free places on a Sussex Mindfulness & Compassion all-day event, including our Creative all-day silent retreat or a Mindful Self-Compassion workshop or masterclass of a similar value.
Thank you for being part of our community and helping us shape what comes next.
