We’re delighted to offer our broadest programme of mindfulness and compassion courses to date. Whether you’re taking your first steps into mindfulness, looking to deepen your practice, explore self-compassion or bring greater awareness to your relationships, there’s something for everyone. We hope you’ll find a course that’s right for you.

Bring more balance to everyday life with mindfulness

Feeling caught up in stress or running on autopilot? Our eight-week online mindfulness courses can help you develop greater calm, resilience and wellbeing. Through experiential exercises and guided practices you will learn mindfulness skills you can use every day. We have four mindfulness courses starting in the coming months at different times and days. Find a date to suit you here

Nurture resilience with Mindful Self-Compassion

Life can be challenging – learning to respond to yourself with compassion can make all the difference. Join our eight-week online Mindful Self-Compassion course, beginning with an orientation early evening on Monday 21 September, and weekly sessions until 16 November. What if self-compassion could help you say no, set boundaries and make lasting change? Join this new eight-week online course to explore the brave, empowering side of self-compassion and learn practical ways to care for yourself with courage and confidence. Find out more here.

Deepen your relationships with Interpersonal Mindfulness

Mindfulness doesn’t stop with meditation—it can transform the way we relate to others. This eight-week online Interpersonal Mindfulness course explores mindful communication, deep listening and compassion in relationships, helping you bring greater presence to your personal and professional life. Starts Thursday 1 October, with weekly online sessions from 6.45pm to 9.15pm, plus a practice day on Saturday 24 October. Book here.

Discover a deeper dimension of mindfulness

If you’ve already completed an eight-week mindfulness course, Deeper Mindfulness: Frame by Frame offers an opportunity to build on your practice. This new eight-week online course explores the subtle “feeling tone” behind our thoughts and emotions, helping you recognise the early signs of stress and respond with greater freedom and ease. The course starts on Monday 19 January, 5.30–7.30pm. Find out more here.
