Mindful Self-Compassion

Empower yourself to bring greater kindness and wellbeing to the people you work with. This deeply enriching pathway allows you to share the transformative power of self-compassion. Find out more here.

NEW: Fierce Self-Compassion

Learn how to help others take protective, action-oriented steps to change harmful situations for themselves and those around them. Find out more here.

  • Key details: A focused, six-week training course.
  • Who it is for: Existing Mindful Self-Compassion teachers looking to expand their suite of courses.
  • Information session: Join us online on 8 July, 5–6pm.

NEW: Interpersonal Mindfulness

Move mindfulness beyond the inner world and into relationships. This course helps individuals break unhelpful relational habits, communicate more authentically, and find joy in family, friend, and workplace connections. Find out more here.

  • Key details: The UK’s only accredited Interpersonal Mindfulness teacher training programme, focusing on mindful dialogue, deep listening, and relational practice.
  • Who it is for: Experienced mindfulness teachers looking to integrate mindfulness into communication.
  • Taster & information session: Join a free online session on 4 July, 10–11am to try practices and meet the teaching team.

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy & Stress Reduction

A highly regarded, comprehensive training pathway to teach core mindfulness programmes.

  • Key details: A rigorous one-year programme. It features a unique opportunity to co-teach an entire eight-week course alongside a highly experienced mindfulness teacher.
  • Who it is for: Open to individuals from a wide variety of professional backgrounds.

Adapted & Brief Interventions

Designed for those who want to apply mindfulness principles safely and effectively with different groups.

  • Key details: Provides the specific tools needed to teach adapted mindfulness approaches safely and effectively.
  • Who it is for: Professionals looking to bring mindfulness to a broad variety of unique contexts and diverse populations.
